Tomorrow Saturday 12/6 I will be at Royal Oak Farmers Market. I am not exactly sure where our table will be located, so please look for the banner (we'll hang it in front of the table). Hours are from 7am-1pm.
A couple of weeks ago we offered csa members that want to stop by and grab some greens as a "replacement" for the cancellation of the 20th csa week. I'd like to make that same offer again to our csa members that didn't get a chance to take advantage of that offer.
I realize making this offer doesn't work for many of our members, and for that I apologize, but it's what I can offer, so I must.
I do not have a lot of produce to bring tomorrow. I have a couple boxes of red potatoes, some lettuce, a little bit of baby arugula, tatsoi & mizuna. I would recommend coming early if you can-although I realize tomorrow is going to be a cold start of the day.
I regret saving to say that this is the last time I'm going to be able to bring any produce to market for a few months. I will be sure to let you know as soon as I can bring anything down and I will continue to make the offer to you so we can attempt to make right on the cancellation.
